Telehealth is available to patients located in Texas when clinically appropriate.

This is your preferred time. The practice confirms your final appointment time, and you will see it in your patient portal.
Step 6 — Your visit price
Choose a visit type and patient status to see your visit price. If you're not sure which visit fits, the practice will confirm the appropriate visit type and price before your appointment.
Laboratory testing, medications, imaging, and other outside services are not included. A superbill may be requested for eligible services for possible out-of-network reimbursement; reimbursement is not guaranteed.

Each part of your care uses its own secure platform. Complete clinical intake only in your ZenCare patient portal, and do not enter health details in scheduling forms.

Nutrition, movement and metabolic coaching is delivered through Lenus, with check-ins between visits.
Lenus uses its own separate login, provided when your coaching program starts.
